Abstract

Eco-Friendly Spectrophotometric Analysis of the Poorly Water-Soluble Drug (Satranidazole) using the Mixed Hydrotropic Concept

In the pharmaceutical industry, the common major issue concerns techniques that improve the aqueous solubility of drugs. Approximately 40 percent of the drug aspirants recently identified are exposed to low aqueous solubility. One of the main significant characteristics for fulfilling the desired pharmacological retort is solubility. Different strategies are available to prevent the usage of organic solvents to boost the aqueous solubility of insoluble and rarely soluble drugs.
