Abstract

Innovation in education in improving outcome

It’s the era of fast paced technology, due to phenomenal changes and developments in all around Students of today need to be guided well. Particularly in the education of Health care professional s need to be more sensitive and alert. In the educational process I believe first and foremost we must accept the individuality and focus on their individual potentiality to glorify. We know motivation and learning is deeply connected, hence we must put the effort to inspire and motivate students to achieve their goals. Secondly we must focus on Empowering the faculties and students and also building faculty capacity.  To bring out better outcome we must focus on providing conducive environment for learning the reality. In the process of learning t Inculcating reflective process will help students to realize their core feelings and experience.   However, Streamlining the syllabus /curricula as per the need in the society or the emerging health care needs utmost necessity and more of evidence based research. Evaluation system not only limited to normative and summative evaluation of curricula there must be provision of evaluating the emotional intelligence of the students and the faculties. By focusing on expected outcome teaching more of nursing leadership skills from the first year of nursing course is important. As Health Care service is a collaborative approach need to focus on Inter-professional collaboration for more advanced skills and practice. WE must take the help of advance technology lt accelerate our service and to expand our learning and experience. We must include. Latest Technology including high fidelity simulation.

Biography:
Dr. (Mrs.) Unmona BorgohainSaikia,Principal AINE and Director Nursing GNRC.She has completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Regional College of Nursing Gauhati in1994, MSc. Nursing from   SNDT Womens’University 1999  Mumbai, ,Received her Ph.d degree from  Gauhati University 2010and acquired Post graduate Diploma in  Health and Hospital Management course from IGNOU New Delhi2011 ,  completed  M. Sc.Psychotherapy and Counselling from Institute of Psychotherapy and Management Sciences (IPMS) Mumbai2015. She also has completed ample of short term Certificate courses. She is also certified Lead Auditor ISO 9000:2000 By BSI, New Delhi. And CPQIH course 217and NABH Course in 2019.  Awarded as a Dedicated Leader Spearheading Nursing Education to Newer Heights.
