The aim of the Young Researchers Forum is to motivate and bring in together young researchers in the field of Antibiotics and Antimicrobial Resistance. Antibiotics forum offers a vibrant place for examining potential and ongoing investigation in any stage, from idea to results. The forum strives to offer a friendly environment to permit young researchers to get opinion on their work, exchange experience, ask questions, investigate pathways open to them.

In addition, the forum promotes collaboration between young researchers, knowledgeable researchers and industry. Each author, in addition to reviewers applicable to their work, will be assigned an industrial mentor who will also review and suggest enhancements to their submissions. Participation is accessible to anyone who believes them as a ‘young’ researcher, aiming to contribute to research ideas and (preliminary or mature) outcomes with their peers and looking for an chance to inspire and be inspired and understand about research paths. Ph.D. candidates, young researchers in any stage of their investigation (including undergraduate students), young researchers in business research pathways are all most accepted to participate. In addition, we precisely invite Ph.D. candidates and young researchers presenting their work in Antibiotics and Antimicrobial conference to participate in this forum.

To recognize the outstanding effort by student participants, the Best YRF Presentation award will be offered for an exceptional presentation of the Antibiotics conference, and the award winner must be enrolled as a post-graduate student. The award is suggested based upon an outright standard of brilliance and all student presenters will be considered eligible for this award. But based on the scores provided by the evaluation committee for every presentation of student presenters of the conference, the Conference Chair determines which presentation will collect the Best YRF Presentation Award.

Submission via two ways:

Ongoing research papers: Presenting formerly unpublished motivations, goals, primary results, planned next steps, and industrial influences of an ongoing research

Research abstracts: Outlining (preferably more mature) research of young authors, who would like to energetically engage in the forum.

In both types of proposals, we challenge the authors to believe about the potential impact of their study on industrial practice (whether in the near or far future based on the nature of the research), and to contribute a section to the Business Impact of their work. The authors of ongoing research papers will be given an industrial mentor who will evaluate the industrial impact of their work, and inform on possible impacts that the authors may be missing. The mentor’s feedback will require to be manifested in the revised submission as a condition to the paper being accepted.
