Prolactin-secreting pituitary adenoma and Multiple Sclerosis have been found in many patients and attempts to establish the relationship between them have drawn the attention of many researchers. We report the case of a patient who presented with progressive bilateral visual impairment in whom multiple sclerosis and pituitary adenoma were identified on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) investigation and laboratory test revealed elevated prolactin level. The aim of this study is to create awareness among clinicians in our setting on this unusual association, as correct, early diagnosis and characterization of a disease condition is important to facilitate proper patients’ management.
