The cryptorchidism is defined as the absence of the testis in the scrotum. In rare cases, it can occur after trauma in the scrotal area, usually resulting from motorcycle accidents, representing acquired cryptorchidism. In this context, this study demonstrates a case report of a young patient who presented cryptorchidism after trauma, who had been submitted to early orchidopexy, avoiding further complications.
