    To create a population pharmacokinetic model for TDM that can be used for Uruguayan patients receiving cyclosporine (CsA) medication. Methods and Patients, There were 53 patients in all who were receiving CsA treatment. The remaining 16 patients were taken into account for the evaluation of the predictive performances while the remaining 37 patients with at least one pharmacokinetic profile described with four samples were taken into consideration for model development.
