Abstract:

Non-toxic adverse reactions from immuno-oncology and targeted therapy differ from chemotherapy and radiation therapy associated toxic reactions. Therefore, it is crucial to understand the differences between these two distinctions, to be able to find the most effective treatment. Have you learned how to diagnose an adverse event accurately? For successful adverse event management this step is crucial. Before making any decision about cancer treatment discontinuation, dose adjustment or treatment of the adverse event, the right diagnosis is important. Managing immuno-oncology and targeted therapy-associated adverse events requires no unique talent, only applying a 6-step strategy. It is crucial to treat an adverse event according to its subtype. Like with the tumours, there is no one-size-fits-all for adverse event treatment available. How to achieve ultimate drug success by cultivating seven success habits? Don’t miss this keynote lecture since it is transformational. After this lecture you will look out for the next adverse event you can treat – successful within a short time span!
