    Health Impacts of Shift Work on Non-Clinical Professions

    Shift work is increasingly common across various industries, yet the health implications for non-clinical professions are often overlooked in research. While much of the focus has been placed on the healthcare sector, non-clinical workers in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and retail also face significant health risks. This article examines the physical, mental, and social health consequences of shift work on individuals in non- clinical professions. Key findings indicate that irregular sleep patterns, circadian rhythm disruption, and increased stress levels contribute to an elevated risk of cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, and psychological conditions such as anxiety and depression.
