Biography

Dr. Qamil Dika, has finished his studies on General Medicine on 2010. During studies for 2 mandates he was elected as Chair of National Council of Students. During 2011 - 2013 served as Deputy General Director of Health Insurance Institute (national health institutions that finance all public health services and private contracted by the state agency). During 2013 - 2014 he served as Health Adviser of Tirana Mayor, where he was in charged of Tirana Healthy City project. In 2016 finished doctoral studies in public health and started academic engagement in public health issues. From October 2017 he works in Tirana Sports University where he is focused on public health issues, health promotion and health education.
