Abstract:

Background: Currently, the assessment of the effect of drugs on various pathologies is carried out on the basis of long-term studies on a large group of subjects. However, at the individual level, various complications and side effects often arise, which requires a new conceptual solution to this problem. Methods: To build a system for assessing changes in the level of symmetry in the body under the infl uence of drugs using the Akabane test, 225 patients with type 1-2 diabetes were examined before and after insulin administration. Results: it was found that in diabetic patients, under the infl uence of glycemia, the symmetry in the body is disturbed at the level of individual acupuncture channels, and the degree of asymmetry is proportional to the level of glycemia. On the other hand, the right drug, such as insulin, selectively neutralizes this asymmetry. Individual devices www.chimaster.me are used to control the violation of symmetry in the body. The new version of the device makes it possible to determine the violation of symmetry through the pulse wave already in the continuous monitoring mode. The system assesses the effects of different drugs at the level of individual organs and systems after 1 application. Conclusion: Using the fundamental principle of evaluating symmetry / desymmetry in the body at the level of acupuncture channels to assess the effect of drugs, we get a new theoretical approach, technology and tool for monitoring these patients. This principle is universal and it can be used to assess the effect of various drugs at the individual level for various diseases, while controlling its optimal dose and time of administration based on new physical principles.
